Since our nameplates are custom-made and tailored to individual specifications, they cannot be resold. We do not accept returns for minor imperfections that do not affect functionality. However, if there are significant quality issues, please contact us immediately, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.

Absolutely! We provide digital proofs for your approval before final production to ensure every detail meets your expectations. If you would like a physical sample, a sampling fee and a small shipping cost will apply.

Yes, you can pay a 50% deposit when placing your order. The remaining balance must be paid before the order is shipped or picked up.
